As a participant in the Cobra Owners Club of America Orange County, the participant agrees to and shall indemnify, hold harmless, defend, release and forever discharge the Cobra Owners Club of America Orange County, Inc., its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, and any person under its direction, supervision or control, from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs and attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way relating to the actions, inactions or participation in the Cobra Owners Club of America Orange County Events of the participant or the participant's guests and all injuries, losses and damages sustained or incurred by participant or participant's guests while attending and/or participating in any Cobra Owners Club of America Orange County Events. I hereby state that I have read and agree to the foregoing. Submission of this renewal application to the Cobra Owners Club of America Orange County constitutes that the foregoing has been read and agreed to.
