Unfortunately, we have lost another one of our longtime members. Last Thursday, our club Secretary, Mark Alch, passed away. Mark, as you all know, was the friendly face at each of our meetings, greeting you with his blue or red tickets. He was responsible for all the legal record keeping for the club and as well as our annual club participation gifts that we give out at our Anniversary meeting. He has been ill recently and was receiving Dialysis treatment. After his treatment on Thursday, he did not recover well and lost his fight to stay with us.
He will be missed and our sincerest condolences go out to Mark’s family. The family has indicated that Mark will be cremated and there will be no funeral. A celebration of his life will be scheduled in the near future.
Mark, may you rest in peace.
