Customers may be able to return unused stock product (non custom-order or custom-size) within 30 days of receipt, for exchange, credit, or refund, subject to approval. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees – we do not offer refunds or credits on any shipping charges. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. All products must be returned via Postal Service to the address specified at time of contact and approval for return.
