For sale is a 2007 Pace American gooseneck trailer in EXCELLENT condition with lots of useful improvements. Overall length is 48 feet. The floor space is approx. 41 feet long. Normal width at 8 feet. It has 3 – 7000lb axles with tires rated load range F that are about 1.5 yrs old with only 5000 miles on them.
The trailer is extra foot in height creating lots of move around space inside. Power is supplied by an Onan generator with remote start panel inside. There are 2 electrically driven awnings. Enclosed storage over gooseneck handles the 2 spare tires and much much more.
The inside of the trailer is completely finished…NO bare wood paneling with 2 tire storage racks wall mounted inside. Includes carpeted wainscoting and a roof air conditioning unit. Interior storage rack with fire extinguisher. No roof leaks. Also included are extra-long rear ramps attached to the rear door that make loading low cars a breeze. Attached to the front wall is a 10 drawer Craftsman Tool Chest …but NO tools are included. Next to the tool box is a Superwinch that comes with the trailer. One great feature is a small ladder that was modified to make access to the front storage area so easy. You will love this feature!! There is a backup camera that used to work but I’m not sure of the status now. And lastly a TV monitor with interior and exterior mounts is included.
